(image courtesy Perry Smith via Courant.com)Yesterday morning, a truck driver entered I-84 near Manchester without lowering his truck's bed. The bed caught on the bottom of an overhanging sign, yanking the truck into the air. The trucker, who was uninjured, was rescued about an hour later. No one else was hurt.
