Winter X Games 13

Every year scince 1997 when the new year starts you can be sure that the Winter X Games, known simple as Winter X to its fans, will come again. Last week Winter X Games 13 happened in Aspen Colorado. Like the Olympics for extreme sports the X Games every year sets new recordss and pushes the athletes to new height in more ways then one.

Shawn White, possibly the most well known snowboarder, managed to do something no man or woman has done in the 13 years of Winter X. He won the superpipe mens gold medal for the second year in a row. Torah Bright won the gold medal in the womens superpipe.
Levi LaVallee was the first person ever to try to land a double backflip on a snowmobile in competition. He almost landed it but over shot the landing ramp and couldn't stay on the sled.
