The price of gas in Connecticut continues to drop tremendously for the fourth month in a row, according to courant.com. Diesel has also been dropping because now diesel fuel is $3.46, a gallon. Diesel was $4.02, a month ago for Connecticut. The average gas price has gone down to $3.16 to $2.22, a gallon for the entire United States. New Jersey is where the cheapest gas is in the Northeast. The gas in New Jersey is at $2.18, a gallon.
