According to courant.com on Sunday morning, a woman was driving her sedan and then she slammed into a dump truck head-on on Route 4 in Farmington. The woman driving the sedan was killed in the accident. The driver of the dump truck was reported to have minor injuries. The woman driving the sedan was taken to John Dempsey Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The road was closed until around 3 pm between High Street and Interstate 84 exit, ramp 39, so the police could investigate.
