Look Whats Between the Bread

Today in America obesity is a huge crisis. With all the fast food restaurants that we have it is just making the problem worse. It is not just the Big Macs at McDonalds or the Whoppers at Burger King it is also a lot of the sandwiches that we take for granted. These nutrition facts were pulled from the pages of the best selling weight-loss series "Eat This, Not That!" It shows all of the different sandwiches that people may portray as good for you but in the end it is just adding on a huge amount of calories to your diet. It shows that the famous meatball grinder at Subway has 1,160 calories, 46 grams of fat and 3,060 mg of sodium and that I just ate number five of the top ten worst sandwiches. According to "Eat This, Not That!" the worst sandwich in the world is the Cheesecake Factory Grilled Shrimp and Bacon Club with 1,930 calories, 24 grams of fat and 2,965 mg of sodium.
Although we all can enjoy splurging on restaurant food now and then, it's probably best to know the facts and do it in moderation.
