Parachute - She Is Love

Parachute is a new band with a rock,soul,R&B,and pop sound all mixed into one.The band is has a new album,Losing Sleep,coming out 5/12/09. The band is a group of 5 guys from Charlottesville VA. The band is composed of Will Anderson(lead vocals/guitar/piano), Kit French(Saxophone,keyboard,vocals), Alex Hargrave(Bass), Johnny Stubblefield(drums), and Nate McFarland(lead guitar,vocals). If you enjoy artists such as O.A.R,The Fray,or Maroon 5 you should check out this band. For the album they had the help of producer John Shanks,who is known for helping bands such as Bon Jovi,Sheryl Crow, and Stevie Nicks. The songs on the album deal with losing loved ones, guilt, obsession, and questioning what went wrong.

The 1st single on the album is called "She is Love". The song is a sweet love song about a girl. Its one of those songs that every girl wishes a guy would sing to her. The lyrics are very touching and have amazing music to back it up. This is one band that will definitely become famous, and quick. The single is so catchy it sounds like something you could listen to on the radio over and over again. If I had to rate this song, I would rate it a 5 out of 5 (5 being the best-0 being the worst).
