Teen Driver Charged in Canton Hit-and-Run

According to courant.com, in last month's hit-and-run accident on Dowd Avenue, Canton police have made an arrest. The accident severely injured a seven year old girl. Deputy Police Chief Donald Hull says that 18-year-old Leontina Scanlon confessed to her involvement in the incident. She has been charged with not taking responsibility and has been released on bond. She will appear in court next month.
