Def Jam has another new group of musicians trying to break into the music business. The newest group is called Brutha. The group is composed of 5 brothers from Los Angeles. The brothers range in ages between 19-25.The band has an R&B sound and say they get their inspiration from Harrel, their own father.There first single is called "I can't hear the music".You can listen to the song when their album hits stores December 23. The band even has a reality show in the works called "Brother to Brother, and can be seen on BET on Nov. 18.
After listening to the bands first hit I could tell the band was a talented group. All 5 of the boys voices are very well put together and all have different strengths that make the band unique. Along with there incredible voices, the brothers also are great dancers and take pride in their moves. They say that the moves take you back to the day when groups moved rather then just walked around on stage. The lyrics in the song are very well put together and are definitely catchy. If you're into R&B music or songs to dance to you should definitely check out their first hit. If I had to rate this song 1-5(1=worst 5=best) I would give it a 4.
