Clique Girlz: Music Review

Clique Girlz is a band made up of 3 girls,Paris(12) and Destinee Monroe(13) along with friend Ariel Moore(13).The girls met 5 years ago at school. And they have been together ever since. Their goal is to stay together as long as the Rolling Stones.The band has been recently recording with Interscope Records.The band has a pop rock kind of sound to their music. The band tries to keep their music relatable to all ages.
After listening to a few of the bands songs you can get a pretty good overall sound of the band. The girls have great voices. But I would defiantly say that they are for a younger fan base. When you listen to there song Then I Woke Up you can see how they relate to a younger audience. They have some very good lyrics to their songs but I think that the overall theme of the song is more for young girls. Their songs would probably not suit' a high schooler. Id defiantly request a middle schooler or a kid between 10-14 to listen to them. They have a sound that I would relate to a Hannah Montana and Avril Lavigne mixture.If you have ever heard of Aly&AJ(a Disney Channel band) I would say they sound like a younger version of them. They have a strong pop sound to them but they try to add some rock to their lyrics. I'd say the pop over comes the rock aspect of it though. Its the kind of music that you would hear on Disney Channel. But I think that it is a band you should definately check out.
