Ski Club Signup

RHAM Ski and Snowboard club forms are now available! Former members who are part of the Yahoo Group can retrieve the forms online at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/RHAMSkiandSnow/. Anyone who wants hard copies of the forms can get them from Mrs. Erlandsen in room 205.

Registration requires a) a C average with no Fs, b) a $25 activity fee, and c) the necessary forms, including the RHAM registration form, the medical release form, the trip permit, the Sundown Group Participation Information and Waiver, and payment to RHAM. Other forms are necessary for those renting equipment.

Registration will begin on October 27th and end on November 3rd. Bring completed forms and payment to Mrs. Erlandsen in room 205.
