RHAM Welcomes Mr. Kokus to the Staff
Following the passing of the late Mr. Ketterer, the RHAM administration had to look for a replacement to continue the band program. Mr. Kokus applied for the job and was hired. He was teaching music to elementary school kids at Smalley in the New Britain school district as well as being assistant director to Killingly's marching band and jazz band. He says he wanted to come to this school because of its good history in music, the big support for music, and its good reputation. He doesn't plan on making any big changes to the program but he does plan to improve and expand it. RHAM Students and Staff wish him good luck in the upcoming year.
