Two Defendants In UConn Stabbing Due In Court
According to courant.com, two men that were arrested after the stabbing death of UCONN football player Jasper Howard are due in court this week. Jamal Todd is scheduled to make a plea on Monday to the charges of reckless endangerment and lying when reporting an incident. On October 18, the night Jasper Howard was killed, he is charged with yanking on a fire alarm at a school dance. For Hakim Muhammad, a pretrial hearing is scheduled for Friday. Police are saying that he pulled out a knife during a fight that happened after a school dance was evacuated. Muhammad has pleaded not guilty to a charge of conspiracy to carry out assault. John Lomax the third, the man, who is charged with Jasper Howard's murder has a hearing scheduled for December 17.
