The recent fires that have been devastating the Los Angeles area in California have been burning for 10 days now. Recent investigations have determined the blaze, which killed two firefighters, was arson. This information has made authoritites launch a homicide investigation.
"We believe that this was caused by someone intending to set a fire," explains sheriff's spokesman, Steve Whitmore. Authorities have worked hard to extinguish the flames before they cause any more damage to the forest and claim people's lives.
