New Junior at RHAM High School

RHAM High School has welcomed a new Junior to its class of 2011. He goes by the name of Chris P. I was fortunate enough to interview him during the second lunch wave.

The interview started with the basic question, "Where are you from?" Chris explained that his family moved here to Hebron from Columbia, CT.

Chris explained to me the ways Columbia and his old high school( Lyman High School) compared to Hebron and RHAM. About the school he told me there were, "Twice as many students... It's pretty huge... This school has a lot more educational opprotunites than my last school." Although RHAM seems to contrast greatly from his last school, he seems to think Hebron and Columbia as towns are overall similar, "It's pretty much the same, there's just a bit more to do."

Chris seems to being doing well adjusting in RHAM but he says, "It's been pretty rough... Going from knowing everybody to not knowing anyone at all." One can understand that being the new kid in school, like Chris, can be tough.
