Student Teacher at RHAM

Mr. Jason Leavings, a current student at Eastern Connecicut State University, is student teaching here at RHAM. He recieved his undergraduate degree in Environmental Biology. Right now he is completing the last step before getting his degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Biology. He is doing student teaching with one of the biology teachers here at RHAM, Mrs. Cahill. So far, Mr. Leavings seems to be enjoying his time here. He said that the students have been great to work with. "No, no I wouldn't say they're giving me trouble. Most of them are making it interesting. That's a completely different factor compared to trouble," Leavings said.

Mr. Leavings will be at RHAM until December 18th of this year. Until then he will be practicing his teaching skills in room 225.
