According to courant.com, Connecticut State police are at the scene of one-car crash on Interstate 95 southbound between exits 58 and 59 in Guilford, Connecticut. The car, a Dodge Stratus, drove off the highway and hit a tree. The accident was reported after 8 pm. People in the car were taken to Yale New Haven Hospital, according to officials on the scene. The extent of the passengers' injuries are not known at this time. The highway's right lane, which was closed while police investigated the accident, is now reopened to traffic.
