8 Injured In Colorado Bus Accident
According to CNN.com, a tour bus carrying a church group lost control, slid off the road, and landed on its side while traveling on a icy highway in Colorado. The accident occurred on Saturday around 8 pm on a snow-covered freeway in Gunnison County. On board the bus at the time of the crash were 46 people. 8 people were injured in the accident, according to the Colorado State Parol. The 8 people injured in the crash were taken to the hospital with severe injuries, but none of the injuries were life-threatening. The tour bus was transporting a church group from Denton, Texas to Crested Butte, Colorado. Police were still investigating the crash late Saturday.
