Charlie Rangel is a Representative from New York who was charged with ethics violations. There were numerous charges against the man - including failure to pay taxes on a vacation home he has in the Dominican Republic.
Rangel was censured with a 333-79 vote against him. The 80-year-old Democrat has not reacted well to the result of the vote. Though he has accepted it, stating, "I brought it onto myself." He says he respects the constitutional right for Congress to discipline its members.
