Wikileaks founder bailed out of jail

Julian Assange, the 39-year-old Asutaillian was released from jail on bail Thursday. This was nine days after he was arrested in Sweden for alleged sex crimes. He handed himself to police in London last week, and ended winning an appeal put forth by his supporters.

Although being bailed out, Assange is still being held on a tight leash. He must stay in one of his supporter's mansions outside of London. To keep track of him, Assange must also wear an electric tag to monitor his location. Finally, he must put up about $310,000 in bail money and two sureties.

Marianne Ny, a Swedish prosecutor, said the bail will not change or stop the investigations.
